1. Agreement Preparation

Prepare and fill out the agreement with your customer’s information, the rental details and select a vehicle.

2. Send E-Signature Request

Simply select the E-Sign option from the toolbar and select the Send to Client option.

3. Pending E-Signature

After the request is sent, all that is left to do is wait for your guest to complete the agreement signature process. Once your guest has completed the process, the app will automatically show that the E-Signature has been received.

4. Open Agreement

Once the the E-Signature is complete, you can set the agreement to Open status and sent your customer on their way.

5. On File Forever

The E-Signed version of the agreement will be kept indefinetely so you can rely on it if ever you need it in the future.
