1.The ED+I team offers employees at all levels opportunities to listen, learn, and grow through a number of internal programs and events, often in partnership with our employee resource groups (ERGs). These include: Community Conversations and Viewpoints.

2.Community conversations

Small-group discussions focused on a variety of topics and current events important to our community and society at large. Every time we engage in these exchanges, we work on getting better at building trust, understanding, and connection. These are critical skills that not only improve the employee experience but also help us to be a more effective organization overall.

3.Viewpoints

Programs designed to elevate voices, deliver perspectives, and raise awareness. These programs provide a forum for employees to hear from colleagues and internal/external thought leaders on a variety of topics within the ED+I and Social Impact space.
