VetlinkPRO’s appointment book is designed with each type of staff member’s role in mind, from Receptionist to Veterinarian, to provide a fast, easy to understand, and efficient system while tracking important information about the client throughout the process.

2. Online Booking

Our cloud-based online booking system has been developed to operate with “live” integration to the VetlinkPRO in-clinic Diary system. Clients can instantly search for free appointment slots and book in their appointment any time of the day or night.

3. Telemedicine

VetlinkPRO facilitates a smart plug-in option for a Telemedicine platform via its Online Booking System and matching Mobile App as well as schedule and launch appointments directly via the VetlinkPRO appointment calendar.

4. Billing & Receipting

VetlinkPRO's billing & receipting system can be accessed in various ways for special areas of the business such as Small Animal, Equine, Dairy and so on, with special functionality for efficiency of data entry and to minimise missed charges.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

An in-built two way SMS service that allows users to confirm appointments quickly, send vaccination reminders, specials marketing messages, post-surgery notifications, and even send staff members appointment list or to-do list for the day to them.

6. Laboratory

VetlinkPRO integrates to most commonly used in-house laboratory equipment as well as external pathology laboratories. Contact us if you do not see what you are looking for as we are continually integrating with third parties.

7. Clinical Records

Writing up clinical notes in VetinkPRO is fast, accurate and easy. It allows creation of abbreviations with a link to full words, phrases, or sentences. Pre-populated history templates can be stored and imported as required to maximise efficiency and increase consistency.

8. Inventory Management

VetlinkPRO has a comprehensive inventory management system complemented by our Stocklink App. Stock is receipted by way of Inwards Goods Invoices and sold via the Billing system. Full electronic e-commerce integration is available with various Wholesalers and Distributors. 

9. Complex Products

Complex Products refers to what is generally called "Procedures". It is a group of pre-configured drugs, materials and services that can be placed on a bill quickly and efficiently. There are three main types of procedures called "Complex Products" in VetlinkPRO.

10.Loyalty System

Our Loyalty system allows the user to activate, manage and track in-house, with no implementation or ongoing expenses. There is full control over point qualification for clients and also has the ability to earn points by referring new clients. Simple for suppliers to participate directly.

11.Discounting Schemes

While some practices never discount for their services, some have to, depending on their type of business. Many discounting structures are possible in VetlinkPRO. Instead of monetary discounts, one should use the Loyalty Points System built into our software.

12.Equine Features

Equine businesses often require unique features from their software that differ from standard large and small animal clinics. VetlinkPRO is used in large equine practices, and caters for a number of equine-specific features. Some of these are described below.
